Business Value Starter Kit

This free mini-course provides an overview of the Business Value Booster System as it applies to over-worked owners who want relief. It is intended as an orientation to our philosophy and approach to give a prospective client confidence as to what they are getting into before enrolling.

Business Value Reality Check

This hybrid program combines assessment exercises and tools with in-person discussions with your coach.

The practical assessments help you consider your personal and business goals and what your business has to be able to do to meet those goals. 

The bi-weekly coaching meetings help you discuss the issues and insights you've found during the assessments.

The estimated completion time is 30 days. You may finish it sooner, or it may take you longer if it opens many new considerations that you hadn't thought of before.

At the end of this program, you'll have clarity on where you personally wanted the business to take you, where you are now, and what obstacles might be preventing progress along that path. Then you'll be in a position to advance into the Improvements phase to start putting your business on the track you really want it to follow.

Business Value Kickstart Program

This is a hybrid program intended to be completed in approximately 90 days.

What it is
A 12-week, fixed-scope engagement focused on eliminating critical business risks and addressing the factors that make the business dependent on your presence.

What “success” means
By the end, the business can tolerate at least one full week without you — it continues to generate revenue without things breaking.

Time commitment
4–5 hours per week, working on the business (protected time).

Cost
$2,500 flat.
No upsell required. No obligation beyond the 12 weeks.

What’s the Catch?
No catch. The 12-week timeframe is to be clear as to what is included. If you need more time due to business issues, we’ll keep working with you until you do take that vacation, as long as you’re actively committed to taking it.

Business Value Booster Coaching BETA (12+12 weeks) BETA

For business owners who plan to continue operating their companies for at least the next 18 months (or much longer!) and want to make them more profitable and more enjoyable to own. This done-with-you program helps you identify the actions that are needed to meet your goals, and select and implement the improvements that will yield the largest results soonest at least cost.

NOTE: This is a Beta program with limited enrolment. Once the cohort is filled and the course is tweaked for prime time, the cost will increase.

Courage, Risks and Rewards Coaching Program

In this coaching program, you will explore 5 key areas that will help you find the courage to take new risks and reap great rewards. You will examine the concept of risk and break it down into specific, manageable steps. And you will look at risk from different perspectives and explore how the rewards for taking chances far outweigh the costs. This training will open new doors to exciting opportunities!
